Advent Programs (by Mrs. Kim Hood & Mrs. Janette Mattoon)

Said the St. Paul's Staff to the Panther Families.

“Do you hear what I hear? Do you hear what I hear?”

Ringing through the Event Center, Panther Families.

A song, a song high above the trees..

With voices as big as the sea.

With voices as big as the sea.

December truly was the most WONDERFUL TIME of the YEAR! Advent services returned to St. Paul’s. Families and church members celebrated the coming of Jesus with our students in four different services. During the 2020 school year St. Paul’s rose to the challenge to bring the message of Christ in a new and exciting way. In grades 6-8 the students staged a play and were filmed individually by our very own DCE Mr.Tim Kaufmann. The service was then edited and St. Paul’s launched a watch party for both chapel and an evening service. In grades TK through 5, St. Paul’s School invited families to a Drive Through Nativity celebrating the story beginning in Genesis through the birth of Christ. It was a day full of celebration and smiles. 2021 has brought music back into the Event Center with our Advent services. Each Wednesday a set of grade levels presented a service to our church and school families. Our Middle Schoolers kicked off our advent season with a Christ-centered musical. This year they also connected to two service projects, Soles4Souls and The Giving Tree. The season continued with our 2nd and 4th graders bringing the  message of His birth. The TK, Kinder and First Grade blessed our St. Paul’s community on a Saturday afternoon, and we ended our Advent season this year with our talented 3rd and 5th graders.

What a joy it was to hear live singing. The students worked hard and sang their hearts out.

Praise be to God!

In this time of uncertainty, we can be certain that Christ was born so we can be saved by grace through faith. Jesus is truly the reason for the season.
